Fried Chicken
This is our first attempt at real fried chicken, and it turned out very
good. The chicken stays quite juicy inside a delicious, crispy crust.
We'll definitely be having this one again.

- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk

- 2 cups flour

- 14 ounces chicken broth
- salt & pepper
- Couscous and grilled veggies
