More Lasagne
The absolute best thing about lasagne is having it for leftovers. The
flavors have a chance to combine overnight and the whole dish has a
chance to set a bit more. The only thing that could possibly make
this meal more enjoyable would be a visit from Grammy.

- Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette, with leftover roasted asparagus
- Fresh Italian Bread
- Sautéed Mushrooms
Grammy picked our daughter up this afternoon for her first swimming lesson. By the time Grammy arrived (right on time), our daughter had been waiting by the front door dressed only in a bathing suit for 20 minutes. She was a little disappointed that Grammy hadn't understood her earlier voicemail which clearly instructed Grammy to bring goggles. No matter, the swimming studio conveniently sells goggles and Grammy was only too happy to oblige her eldest grandkid (with cherry flavored(!) goggles).
