We make simple milkshakes with local Moxley's Mojo ice cream—a vanilla based ice cream with lots of Oreo cookies. Blending the ice cream with milk and chocolate syrup makes a frothy, tasty shake perfect for a sweet dinner drink or dessert. Originally served as part of Cheeburger in Paradise (Home).

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
  • 3 scoops Oreo cookie ice cream
  • 2 chocolate sandwich cookies

Instructions

In a blender, we combine the milk, chocolate syrup, and 3 large scoops of ice cream. We blend until frothy and divide between 2 cups. We garnish with the Oreo cookies and serve.
