A dental appointment and sick kids did not make for the most romantic Valentine’s day. Comfort food was definitely the order of the day. Our favorite is mac and cheese and since we were planning on having it in the next couple of days anyway, it was readily available. Perhaps the best part is that Chris was able to cook it by himself.
