Soy-Ginger Dipping Sauce
This dipping sauce is delicious with steamed or pan-fried dumplings. Originally served as part of Mu Shu Vegetables.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium tamari soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- pinch red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon frozen ginger (peeled and grated)
- 1 medium light-part only scallion (sliced)
Instructions
We combine all the ingredients in a measuring cup and stir well. We divide between 2 serving ramekins.
