Spicy Ginger and Lime Dipping Sauce
We vary our soy-ginger dipping sauce by adding the fresh taste of lime and sweet and spicy chili sauce. The sauce is a nice complement to summer rolls filled with vegetables, but could also be used with steamed dumplings or egg rolls. Originally served as part of Summer Sledding.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium tamari soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ½ large lime
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (peeled and grated)
- ½ teaspoon Sriracha hot chili sauce
Instructions
We combine all the ingredients in a measuring cup, squeezing in the juice of the half of lime, and stir well. We divide between 2 serving ramekins.
