We had hoped that this simple meal would get us to the Maryland State Fair tonight. Alas, Chris didn’t make it home in time. Still, we got a great little meal out of the experience, so tonight was not a complete loss by any means.

Along with potatoes and eggs, we serve the tomato and mozzarella salad that we first had the other night. We alter it to conform to Nanny’s view of how it should be served. Between the two dishes, we enjoy a very Nanny kind of meal (which is always a good thing)!
